For-A HVS-300HS

The HVS-300HS features a compact main unit measuring 1RU, making it an ideal solution for use in fly packs or remote production applications that would benefit from its space-saving design. While the smaller design appeals to live and remote production needs, the size does not limit the variety of options and versatile functions found in the HVS-300HS.

As a live/production video switcher the HVS-300HS provides a robust array of features and
multi-functionality suitable for a wide variety of applications. The HVS-300HS supports
1080/60i, 59.94i, 50i, 24PsF, 23.98PsF, 720/60p, 59.94p, 50p, 525/60 (NTSC), 625/50 (PAL). It
also contains an internal, 10-bit processor for broadcast-quality 4:2:2:4.

Easy-to-use control buttons located on the front panel of the main unit allow an operator to
perform all standard switcher operations such as cuts, wipes, fades and keys. Control
parameters are displayed on a Preview output for ease of operation, and users can install
control software to run the switcher from a PC.

An external operation panel can be added for increased functionality, but will not over burden
tight production quarters. When combining the external operation panel with the main unit, the
entire unit measures only 3U high.

The new HVS-300HS switcher series from FOR-A will be available very early next year.
