TFT Model 2008 CAP-to-EAS Converter

The EAS 2008 CAP-to-EAS Converter continuously monitors a CAP (“Common Alerting Protocol”) source to seek new emergency messages and generates an EAS protocol output for connection to existing FCC Type Certified EAS Encoder/Decoders. The unit actively polls a CAP server every few seconds for new emergency messages. Additionally the unit can receive a CAP message using Simple Object Access Protocol (“SOAP”).
